Following the successful debut of Terra Heights earlier this year, Emaar Properties and Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) have unveiled Terra Gardens, marking another milestone in their joint venture to develop Expo City Dubai into a premier lifestyle destination. The new phase will consist of 560 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and townhouses.
Designed to align with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan, Terra Gardens focuses on sustainable and connected living. The development will feature landscaped courtyards, green parks, shaded walkways, fitness zones, padel and volleyball courts, and jogging tracks. It is strategically located next to the future Expo Mall, which is planned as a major hub for retail, dining, and leisure.

The overall Expo Living masterplan spans 451,295 square metres and will ultimately include five residential communities with a total of 3,555 units, alongside retail, office, and hospitality components. This project is one of several major developments underway at the site, including the recently announced Sidr Residences at Expo City Dubai.

The launch comes as Dubai’s real estate market continues its record-breaking performance in 2025, with strong demand for integrated and sustainable communities.
