Saion Properties has announced the launch of Reposé Residence, a new residential tower in Al Furjan offering affordable luxury with premium amenities. The project is scheduled for completion in Q1 2027 and aims to set a new standard for living in the area.

Saion Properties has officially launched Reposé Residence, a new residential tower in Al Furjan, aiming to blend affordability with high-end living. The project, located five minutes from Dubai Marina and Bluewaters Island, is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2027, with registration for residential and retail spaces now open.

The development is designed to promote a holistic lifestyle, featuring amenities such as a yoga studio, swimming pool, zen garden, and a dedicated children’s play area. According to the developer, the project’s name reflects its core philosophy.

“As the name Saion stands for peace, strength and tranquillity, our projects will be following the same synonyms,” stated Praveen Amarnath, Founder and Chairman of Saion Properties. “Reposé is a French word meaning peace, strength and calmness. Conversely, the name Furjan, means close knit community; a perfect area for family living.”

One of the key selling points highlighted by the developer is the unique design of the apartments, which feature unusually high ceilings to create a sense of spaciousness often associated with villas. The residences will be equipped with end-to-end home automation, German appliances, and Italian kitchens.

“Reposé Residence is an upmarket product that will raise the bar of luxury living in Al Furjan, thus setting a benchmark for other developers in the area,” said Theyab Al Khalifi, Partner and Director of Saion Properties. “We have designed the accommodation space with very high ceilings, which provides one with a villa feel in an apartment.”

Despite its premium features, the project is positioned as a budget-friendly option with accessible payment plans. Prices start at Dh1.26 million for one-bedroom units, Dh2.09 million for two-bedroom units, and Dh2.75 million for three-bedroom apartments. Penthouses are also available.

Construction is already underway, with enabling and foundation works in progress. “All project authority approvals are in place, and the Escrow account is open,” confirmed Reshma Praveen, Director of Sales and Marketing at Saion Properties. “On-site construction activities are in full force with an anticipated completion for April 2027.”

The launch comes as Dubai’s property market continues its strong performance. For investors, Saion Properties projects a lucrative return. “The current rental yield in Furjan is around 7 per cent net and the appreciation over the past two years has been over 50 per cent,” Praveen added, suggesting that Reposé Residence is positioned to yield even better returns due to its superior specifications. The new tower adds another high-end option to the city’s skyline, joining other ambitious projects like the recently announced Sobha SkyParks skyscraper.
