Dubai-based PropTech platform PRYPCO has unveiled PRYPCO One, a comprehensive super app designed to streamline the workflow of real estate agents. The platform integrates property listings, project data, mortgage pre-qualification tools, and a gamified rewards system, marking a significant step forward in digitizing Dubai’s agent ecosystem.

PRYPCO One brings together verified listings, live market data, and transaction-ready tools covering over 1,500 UAE developments through its Projects Data Hub, along with more than 300 secondary properties. The platform offers interactive maps, detailed project descriptions, and data analytics to enhance client presentations and decision-making.

The platform’s standout feature, Insta-Mortgage, allows agents to pre-qualify clients in just five minutes. When deals close through PRYPCO, agents earn an additional 0.35 percent of the total mortgage value—a direct financial incentive for platform adoption.

A second key tool, Create Your Site, enables agents to build personalised mini-websites in under two minutes, showcasing listings and receiving leads directly via WhatsApp without additional setup costs. This feature removes technical barriers that traditionally hindered smaller agencies from competing digitally.

The gamified rewards system, PRYPCO Collect, allows agents to earn points for every transaction or referral. Points are redeemable for items ranging from iPhones and luxury goods to allocations on DAMAC Islands, creating additional incentive layers beyond commission structures.
