The 71-story Cavalli Tower represents a significant architectural and design achievement in Dubai’s luxury real estate market. Conceived by award-winning architect Shaun Killa, known for designing Dubai’s Museum of the Future, the tower will feature 436 residential units with unparalleled design and amenities.

Key highlights of the Cavalli Tower include:

  • One to five-bedroom apartments and penthouses
  • Guaranteed sea, Palm Jumeirah, or Dubai Marina views
  • Select units with private terraces, pools, and Jacuzzis
  • Private sky pools, sky gardens, and an infinity pool overlooking the Arabian Gulf
  • Malibu Bay-inspired beach pool and four-storey lobby
  • Resort-style amenities including 24-hour butler service

Ali Sajwani, Managing Director of DAMAC Group, emphasized the project’s significance:

“Cavalli Tower is a structural and design landmark that embodies DAMAC’s futuristic vision to blend fashion, architecture and art into Dubai’s skyline.”

The tower’s interiors will be designed by Roberto Cavalli Home Interiors, reflecting the fashion house’s glamorous and bold aesthetic. This follows DAMAC’s 2019 acquisition of Roberto Cavalli, showcasing the developer’s commitment to integrating global fashion heritage into real estate.

The topping-out ceremony was attended by stakeholders from DAMAC and China State Construction Engineering Corporation ME, marking a critical milestone in the project’s development.

This development comes during a record-breaking year for Dubai’s real estate sector, with property sales exceeding AED525 billion (US$143 billion) in the first 10 months of 2025, driven by strong investor interest in branded residences and waterfront developments.

The Cavalli Tower is not just a standalone project but part of a broader partnership between DAMAC and Roberto Cavalli, which includes future developments like Damac Bay 1 and 2 and Cavalli Estates in Damac Hills.
