Aman Group is expanding its hospitality footprint in the Middle East with the upcoming Janu Al Marjan Island project, marking a significant milestone in the emirate’s luxury tourism development. The property will comprise a 132-room hotel and branded residences, strategically located near the upcoming Wynn Al Marjan Island and the island’s marina.
Designed by renowned Singapore-based SCDA Architects, the development promises a comprehensive luxury experience. The hotel will feature a comprehensive wellness centre, including a yoga studio, gym, traditional banya and hammam. Guests and residents can enjoy two restaurants, a mixology bar, a nightlife venue, and a dedicated Kids’ Club.
Vlad Doronin, Chairman and CEO of Aman Group, highlighted the strategic importance of the location, stating, “Ras Al Khaimah is rapidly emerging as one of the Middle East’s most captivating destinations, making it a natural home for our next Janu property.”
The residential component will include one to five-bedroom Janu Residences and standalone villas, offering owners exclusive access to the resort’s premium amenities. With direct beach access, a Beach Club, and a swimming pool, the development aims to provide a holistic lifestyle experience.
This project is part of Aman Group’s broader Middle East expansion strategy, which includes future properties in Dubai and Saudi Arabia. The debut follows their successful launch of Janu Tokyo in 2024, signaling the brand’s ambitious global growth plans.
As Ras Al Khaimah continues to position itself as a premier tourism destination, the Janu Al Marjan Island project represents a significant boost to the emirate’s hospitality and real estate sectors. The development reflects the growing trend of integrated, lifestyle-driven hospitality concepts in the UAE.
