Sobha Realty has unveiled its tallest project to date, Sobha SkyParks, a 109-storey residential skyscraper set to rise 450 metres on Sheikh Zayed Road. The development will rank among the top five tallest buildings in the UAE and cater to the city’s sustained demand for luxury properties.
A New Landmark for Dubai
Dubai’s iconic skyline is set to welcome another architectural marvel with the launch of Sobha SkyParks, a super-tall residential tower by Sobha Realty. Announced on October 15, the 109-storey building will stand at approximately 450 metres, comprising 684 residences and marking the developer’s most ambitious project yet.
The tower’s launch comes as Dubai’s property market continues its upward trajectory, with developers focusing on premium offerings along the city’s key corridors. The project’s strategic location on Sheikh Zayed Road offers panoramic views of Palm Jumeirah and the Arabian Gulf.

Floating Gardens and Infinity Pools
A standout feature of Sobha SkyParks is its four themed SkyParks, each spanning six stories at different elevations. These vertical parks are designed to offer unique lifestyle experiences:
- The Adventure Zone SkyParks: Features family play zones and padel courts.
- The Active Life SkyParks: Includes multi-level fitness circuits and wellness terraces.
- The Lush Life SkyParks: Offers zen gardens, reflexology paths, and serene glass pavilions.
- The Luxe Life SkyParks: Crowning the tower at nearly 350 metres, this level features a spectacular infinity pool deck with floating beds.
The tower’s design is articulated as five slender sub-towers with minimalist glass façades and inset private balconies for each residence. Other amenities include a private cinema and a family BBQ zone.
