The Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition ‘ACRES 2026’ demonstrated remarkable success following the Sharjah Executive Council’s strategic decision to reduce real estate registration fees. This initiative significantly boosted investor confidence and market activity.

- Total transaction value exceeding AED5 billion ($1.36 billion)
- More than 18,000 visitors, including investors and real estate specialists
- Over 120 exhibitors showcasing diverse property offerings
Abdullah Ali Al Habbi from the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department highlighted that the reduced registration fees during ACRES 2026 successfully stimulated market dynamics, encouraging more investors to participate and explore property opportunities.
The exhibition was organized in collaboration with the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, and other key stakeholders.
