Dubai’s luxury real estate sector continues its expansion with Shamal Holding’s announcement of The Dubai Beach EDITION, a transformative beachfront development at Dubai Harbour that introduces the Middle East’s first EDITION Branded Residences and the brand’s first beachfront resort in the UAE.

The project, developed by H&H and designed by internationally acclaimed architecture firm RSHP (Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners), represents a significant milestone in the emirate’s seafront living offerings. The development will feature 165 private residences across four low-rise pavilions, alongside a 185-room hotel and suite property.

Residential specifications and amenities

The residences will range from two to four-bedroom homes, spanning 1,450 to 3,770 square feet, designed to reflect EDITION’s hallmark style of understated luxury and intuitive living. Residents will enjoy exclusive beach access, panoramic views of Dubai Harbour, the shoreline, and the city skyline.

The development will offer curated amenities including private beaches, landscaped gardens, infinity pools, lounges, art spaces, restaurants, co-working areas, and a wellness club featuring spa facilities, gym, and treatment rooms. Resident-only areas will ensure privacy and exclusivity for homeowners.

Adjacent to the residences, The Dubai Beach EDITION hotel will offer dining, social, and wellness experiences designed to complement the brand’s ethos of creativity, craftsmanship, and contemporary hospitality.
