Pantheon Development has announced a significant partnership with NBCC (India) Ltd., a Government of India Navratna enterprise, to expand its real estate portfolio in Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah. The collaboration aims to leverage NBCC’s extensive engineering and infrastructure experience, which spans over six decades.
Kalpesh Kinarivala, Founder of Pantheon Development, highlighted the strategic importance of the partnership, stating, “Partnering with a global powerhouse like NBCC aligns with our mission to expand Pantheon’s Dh3 billion pipeline across Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah.”
NBCC brings substantial credibility to the collaboration, managing a project portfolio exceeding Dh50 billion. The partnership is expected to create design-driven communities that emphasize sustainability and engineering excellence.
The Memorandum of Understanding was signed in the presence of KP Mahadevaswamy, chairman and managing director of NBCC (India) Ltd., and senior executives from both organizations. Kinarivala emphasized that the collaboration is “about creating developments that endure, built on trust, precision, and purpose.”
This strategic alliance represents a significant milestone in the UAE’s real estate sector, combining Pantheon’s local market expertise with NBCC’s robust engineering capabilities.
