Nakheel, a member of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has launched a new collection of premium waterfront villas at Palm Jebel Ali, featuring 11 architecturally distinct villa styles designed by globally renowned architecture studios. The Beach and The Coral collections offer residents direct beachfront access, panoramic Arabian Gulf views, and contemporary coastal living in one of Dubai’s fastest-growing waterfront developments.
The latest villa release at Palm Jebel Ali introduces two distinct collections tailored to luxury beachfront living. The Beach Collection features five- and six-bedroom villas ranging from 7,500 to 8,500 square feet, with designs including Cyan Sky by NAGA Architects, Cobalt Beach by LOCI, Baia Luna by WATG, and Wave Crest, Ocean Whisper, and Bluejay by SAOTA. Each design emphasises elegant simplicity through clean lines and expansive glass facades that frame panoramic Arabian Gulf views.
The Coral Collection comprises six- and seven-bedroom villas ranging from 11,500 to 12,500 square feet, featuring styles such as Red Aurora, Porcelain Roses, Redwood, Coral Dune, and Sunset Mirage, designed by SAOTA, LOCI, LW Design Group, and NAGA Architects. Construction is progressing rapidly across both collections.
Beyond residential offerings, Palm Jebel Ali is developing comprehensive lifestyle amenities. The development will feature a 9,000 square metre retail centre and a Friday Mosque designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), accommodating up to 1,000 worshippers. These facilities complement the existing infrastructure on the development’s vast scale.
Spanning seven islands across 13.4 kilometres with 16 fronds and more than 90 kilometres of beachfront, Palm Jebel Ali positions itself as a new growth corridor in the Jebel Ali area. The development aligns with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan and Dubai Economic Agenda (D33), integrating smart city technologies, sustainable design principles, and vibrant public spaces to redefine waterfront living in the emirate. This strategic positioning reflects Dubai’s broader commitment to establishing premium residential communities that balance luxury with urban planning objectives.
