GFH Partners Ltd., a Dubai-based institutional fund manager regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), has strategically expanded its regional logistics portfolio with a significant property acquisition in Riyadh. The SAR200 million investment adds a prime logistics facility to the firm’s growing industrial platform.

The newly acquired property is strategically located in Riyadh’s industrial and logistics zone, spanning over 40,000 square metres. Key features include:

  • 12-metre clear heights
  • Multiple truck docks
  • High power capacity
  • Direct access to Eastern and Southern Ring Roads

Mohamed Ali, Head of GCC at GFH Partners, emphasized the strategic importance of the acquisition: “We see the industrial and logistics sector in the GCC continuing to experience strong growth, supported by national initiatives to diversify the economy and enhance supply chain infrastructure.”

This transaction represents GFH Partners’ fourth logistics acquisition in Saudi Arabia and the 34th asset within its overall industrial platform. The firm’s portfolio now includes properties across key industrial zones in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, serving more than 120 tenants.

Since launching its GCC logistics platform in 2023, GFH Partners has established three dedicated funds focused on industrial and logistics assets. The company continues to explore expansion through new built-to-suit projects and infrastructure-linked developments.

The acquisition aligns with the broader regional trend of Saudi Arabia’s robust real estate market transformation, which is witnessing significant investments in infrastructure and logistics sectors.
