The upcoming Muraba Veil is poised to become a landmark in Dubai’s architectural landscape, challenging conventional skyscraper design with its unprecedented slim profile. Designed by the acclaimed Spanish firm RCR Arquitectes, winners of the 2017 Pritzker Prize, this 73-story tower will house 131 ultra-luxurious residences.

Key features of the project include:

  • Height: 380 meters (1,247 feet)
  • Width: 22.5 meters (74 feet)
  • Total residences: 131 apartments
  • Apartment sizes: Two to five bedrooms

The tower’s innovative design draws inspiration from traditional Arabian houses, featuring a unique façade wrapped in a sculptural stainless steel mesh ‘veil’ that dynamically reflects sky colors while mitigating Dubai’s intense sunlight. Each apartment will span the entire building width, offering unobstructed views and exceptional privacy.

Located near Sheikh Zayed Road and overlooking the Dubai Water Canal, the Muraba Veil will provide residents with exclusive amenities including a spa, restaurant, art gallery, paddle court, and private movie theater. Proximity to Kite Beach adds to its appeal, positioning it in one of Dubai’s rare pedestrian-friendly zones.

With apartments starting at AED 18 million (approximately $4.9 million), the Muraba Veil is targeted at the city’s most discerning residents. The project is scheduled for completion by December 2028, marking the fifth collaboration between Muraba and RCR Arquitectes.

This development further cements Dubai’s reputation as a global hub for architectural innovation and luxury real estate.
