The landmark 71-storey Cavalli Tower in Dubai Marina has completed its superstructure, marking a significant achievement in luxury real estate development. Ali Sajwani, Managing Director of DAMAC Group, highlighted the project’s unique vision during the topping-out ceremony, emphasizing the fusion of fashion, architecture, and art.
Designed by award-winning architect Shaun Killa, the tower features 436 residential units ranging from one to five-bedroom apartments and penthouses. Each unit promises spectacular views of the sea, Palm Jumeirah, or Dubai Marina, with select residences offering private terraces, pools, and innovative hydroponic living walls.
Key features of the Cavalli Tower include:
- Resort-style amenities with 24-hour butler service
- Private sky pools and gardens
- Four-storey high lobby
- Infinity pool overlooking the Arabian Gulf
- Malibu Bay-inspired beach pool
The project is part of DAMAC’s broader strategy of integrating global fashion brands into real estate, following their 2019 acquisition of Roberto Cavalli. The tower is expected to be handed over by the end of 2026, contributing to Dubai’s record-breaking real estate market, which has seen property sales exceed Dh525 billion in the first ten months of 2025.
Tian Sanchuan, Chairman of China State Construction Engineering Corporation Middle East (CSCEC ME), emphasized the collaborative effort in delivering this architectural landmark, highlighting precision and engineering excellence.
The Cavalli Tower is not just a standalone project but part of a larger vision, with future developments including DAMAC Bay 1 and 2 by Cavalli, and Cavalli Estates in DAMAC Hills.
