The 71-storey Cavalli Tower, designed by award-winning architect Shaun Killa, marks a significant moment in Dubai’s real estate landscape. Located in Dubai Marina, the tower features 436 residential units ranging from one to five-bedroom apartments, duplexes, and penthouses.
Ali Sajwani, Managing Director of DAMAC Group, emphasized the project’s significance, stating: “Cavalli Tower is a structural and design landmark that embodies DAMAC’s futuristic vision to blend fashion, architecture and art into Dubai’s skyline.”
Key features of the tower include:
- Bespoke interiors curated by Roberto Cavalli Home Interiors
- Guaranteed sea, Palm Jumeirah, or Dubai Marina views
- Private sky pools and sky gardens
- Four-storey-high lobby
- 24-hour butler service and à la carte housekeeping
The topping-out ceremony, attended by DAMAC and China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC ME) representatives, marks the completion of the tower’s superstructure. The project is on track for handover by the end of 2026.
This milestone comes during a record-breaking year for Dubai’s real estate sector, with property sales exceeding Dh525 billion in the first 10 months of 2025. The Cavalli Tower exemplifies Dubai’s continued attraction for luxury branded residences.
DAMAC’s strategic acquisition of Roberto Cavalli S.p.A. in 2019 has enabled this unique collaboration, with plans for future developments including DAMAC Bay 1 and 2 by Cavalli, and Cavalli Estates in DAMAC Hills.
