DAMAC Properties has achieved a significant construction milestone with the topping out of the Cavalli Tower, an AED1 billion ($272 million) ultra-luxury residential development that represents a unique collaboration between real estate and high fashion.

Rising 71 storeys beside Dubai Marina’s pristine coastline, the tower will feature 436 residential units designed by award-winning architect Shaun Killa, known for designing Dubai’s Museum of the Future. The project offers one to five-bedroom apartments, duplexes, and penthouses with guaranteed sea, Palm Jumeirah, or Marina views.

Ali Sajwani, managing director of DAMAC Group, highlighted the significance of the project: “Cavalli Tower is a structural and design landmark that embodies DAMAC’s futuristic vision to blend fashion, architecture and art into Dubai’s skyline.”

The tower’s distinctive features include:

  • Private sky pools and gardens
  • Infinity pool overlooking the Arabian Gulf
  • Malibu Bay-inspired beach pool
  • Four-storey-high lobby
  • Bespoke interiors curated by Roberto Cavalli Home Interiors

Select units will boast private terraces, pools, jacuzzis, and innovative hydroponic living walls. Residents can also enjoy premium amenities like 24-hour butler service and à la carte housekeeping.

The project comes amid a record-breaking year for Dubai’s real estate sector, which has seen property sales exceed AED525 billion in the first 10 months of 2025. The Cavalli Tower exemplifies Dubai’s ongoing commitment to delivering world-class, branded residential experiences.

With substructure works complete and internal and external finishes progressing, the tower is on track for handover by the end of 2026, further solidifying DAMAC’s reputation for delivering exceptional luxury developments.
