Abu Dhabi: Aldar Properties has announced the official launch of The Row Saadiyat, a new residential and lifestyle quarter positioned as a distinctive address within Saadiyat Cultural District. The development, masterplanned by globally recognized Danish architecture firm BIG (Bjarke Ingels Group), sets contemporary living standards in Abu Dhabi’s most culturally significant neighbourhood.
The project comprises seven mid-rise buildings, each standing nine storeys high with two parking levels. In its inaugural phase, 315 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments will be available for purchase starting November 1, 2025. Interior design has been crafted by award-winning studio Kettle Collective, with ground floors dedicated to wellness, dining, and lifestyle experiences.
Positioned within one of the UAE’s most recognizable precincts, The Row Saadiyat offers panoramic views of the Zayed National Museum designed by Foster + Partners. The development stands within walking distance of Louvre Abu Dhabi, Guggenheim Abu Dhabi, and the Natural History Museum Abu Dhabi.
